• An experienced supervisor with a positive, can-do attitude that’s contagious to guests and team members alike.
• You have experience working in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants and a deep appreciation for Italian culture and cuisine (we like to call it amore!).
• You have strong organisational skills and the ability to oversee large teams and work well under pressure.
