STARTING WAGE IS $20/HR + TIPS ($5/HR - $6/HR)

Perfecto Cafe is seeking a experienced Barista Supervisor to lead our team of skilled baristas. As a Barista Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee bar and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality coffee beverages.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise baristas on coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage inventory and supplies for the coffee bar, including ordering and receiving deliveries
  • Develop and implement new menu items and seasonal specials
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Assist with hiring and scheduling of barista staff
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in dialling espresso, steaming milk and latte art
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a coffee shop
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
