SUPERVISOR

Base Wood Fired Pizza has an excellent opportunity for experienced Supervisor to join the team in our Greystones, Co Wicklow restaurant.
We are looking for Full-Time, enthusiastic and hardworking candidates who are especially available on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays evenings.

EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
An excellent attitude and telephone manner
Previous supervisor/Management experience in a similar fast paced food environment
Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills, negotiation skills
Be enthusiastic with a good personality
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment and handle the multiple customers & corporate catering queries
Be computer literate and able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel as well as a knowledge of various POS systems
Have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of food hygiene and HACCP procedures
Fluent in English - spoken and written

Responsibilities

This is a customer facing role, whereby you will be required to assist and support the Store Manager with the running of the store and supervising shifts in their absence.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate and your duties will include:
Liaising with customers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Ensuring the store is clean at all times and the staff presentable
Managing staff including delivery drivers
Encouraging an excellent working environment for all staff and good communication between the kitchen, order takers and drivers
Organising weekly rosters
Liaising with suppliers and daily ordering of products/materials and ensuring efficient stock flow/rotation
Involvement in marketing the business
Cash handling and management
Ensure profit targets are met efficiently and driven accordingly
Managing all corporate orders
