  • Greet guests with genuine hospitality and handle any customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Ensure consistent, friendly service that makes everyone feel at home.
  • Coffee & Food Preparation
  • Oversee coffee-making procedures, maintaining high-quality standards in espresso-based and specialty drinks.
  • Assist with menu planning and bakery displays to keep offerings fresh and appealing.
  • Implement food safety guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and organisation at all times.
  • Operational Support
  • Manage inventory levels for coffee, bakery items, and other supplies.
  • Coordinate scheduling and delegate tasks to ensure the team functions efficiently.
  • Uphold brand standards and maintain store presentation.
