• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitoring of theft
• To establish ways to improve sales
• To direct staff members to encourage sales
• Store merchandising
• Stock control
• Stocking up of the shop floor
• Processing delivery
• Store cleanliness
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Assist in training new employees
• Address any operational issues promptly to minimise disruption
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members.
