  • Monday till Friday from 7pm till 3am

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Supervisor. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic candidate with exceptional cleaning standards and excellent attention to detail. The main purpose of the role for the Supervisor is to ensure that their allocated area and team meet the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that staff are adhering to policies and procedures on site
  • Ensure that staff are achieving the required cleaning standard
  • Assess performance of staff and identify training needs
  • Ensure that equipment is clean and well maintained
  • Respond to client needs as required
  • Provide leadership, guidance and direction to site teams
  • Carry out regular and thorough inspections to maintain such conditions
