We now have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in Baston. Nestled in the heart of rural Lincolnshire, Baston is a charming village known for its close-knit community and peaceful surroundings. With a mix of loyal local customers and visiting shoppers, Baston offers a warm and friendly retail environment—ideal for someone looking to lead in a store that values connection and service.

AS STORE MANAGER, YOU WILL:

Lead a passionate and engaged team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in-store. We’re looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who’s confident working independently. Fashion retail experience is a plus—but not essential—as full training will be provided.
