SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or similar
• Experience in the construction industry required.
• Experience in a leadership role recommended.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including exposure to the hot sun.
• Ability to perform tasks that may result in hands getting dirty or handling construction materials directly.

• Ensure teams collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality work within strict deadlines
• Monitor construction processes and conduct routine site, equipment, and material inspections
• Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
• Provide on-the-job training and organize team-building sessions as needed
• Schedule and lead regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff
• Prepare reports, budgets, and project plans; present to relevant stakeholders
• Work closely with architects and other construction professionals
• Stay updated on safety codes, industry regulations, and construction advancements
• Handle administrative tasks and required documentation
• Travel to and manage multiple construction sites as necessary
