POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Supervise the daily operations at the Catholic Charities Diocese of Kalamazoo’s food distribution center. Design the logistical operations for food distribution throughout the nine counties of the Diocese of Kalamazoo. Maintain relationships with personnel at the regional sites and arrange for food delivery to these sites. Supervise volunteers and staff at the central food distribution site. Supervise and oversee delivery to individual clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in a food bank or food distribution/logistics is preferred. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license with six (6) points or less and proof of current automobile insurance. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Commitment to maintain a clean, neat and orderly food distribution facility. Good communication skills.
HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours/week, benefit eligible
SALARY: $1,500 - $1,700 paid bi-weekly

Pay: $39,000.00 - $44,200.00 per year
