Located right next to Canada Life Centre, Tavern United Downtown comes alive during Jets games, concerts, and major events. These nights are loud, exciting, and high-volume—perfect for someone who can stay focused, work efficiently under pressure, and take pride in delivering great service when it matters most. Responsibilities: Supervises staff activities and productivity at all times. Ensures excellent front-of-house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service. Supports managers in the execution of business operations, driving sales and profit performance of the restaurant is consistently achieved and provides end-of-shift feedback. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: At least 1 – 3 years experience Supervising in a Bar/Lounge environment. Demonstrated leadership skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
