Join our team at Garbonzo's Sports Pub Polo Park as a dedicated and experienced Supervisor. This role requires flexibility, with shifts on weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays. As a Supervisor, you will manage daily operations, lead staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive atmosphere in the pub. Responsibilities: Supervises staff activities and productivity at all times. Ensures excellent front-of-house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service. all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience Smart Choices certification Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated hospitality-focused guest service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience with POS systems (Squirrel experience considered an asset) Comprehensive beverage knowledge.
