Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Monitor quality and performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a collaborative and professional environment that promotes staff engagement and development. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and service efficiency. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Must obtain BSN within 3 years of starting role) or Graduate of an accredited radiologic science program that is recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification/License: Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa or ARRT / permit to practice licensure in the State of Iowa or compact state Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 3 months from date of hire Must possess and maintain current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification or within 1 year from date of hire Ready to make a difference?
