See more at our website: http://conferencedirect.com/ Job Summary The Supervisor, Cash Applications, manages team to ensure all payments received are deposited on a timely basis and properly applied. This position reports to the Senior Manager – Sourcing Revenue and will require in office attendance; there is a possibility of hybrid schedule after 90-day probationary period. Responsibilities Team management: Leading and supervising a team of cash application specialists Process coordination: Ensuring that daily processes and reports are completed on time Payment posting: Ensuring that payments and adjustments are posted on time Policy and procedure maintenance: Completing and maintaining policies and procedures Reporting: Providing weekly and monthly productivity and departmental reports Reconciliation: Providing reconciliation reports to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis Staff training: Coordinating staff training and quality assurance Discrepancy resolution: Investigating and resolving discrepancies or variances in cash application processes Training and supervising: Hiring, training, and overseeing cash application and billing staff Ensuring accuracy: Ensuring the accuracy of invoicing and reconciling billing accounts Resolving issues: Handling cash application-related issues and providing resolutions Maintaining relationships: Maintaining strong relationships with clients Meeting goals: Ensuring the department meets its goals and deadlines Communicating: Communicating with other members of the accounting department Other duties as assigned Disclaimer Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
