JOB DESCRIPTION

You need to be customer-focused and driven to meet targets. The role is too primarily to support the management team in the day to day running of the store and deputising on days off and holiday days. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service are met at all times and that the store is tidy and presentable.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, develop and motivate people to achieve KPI’s whilst delivering excellent customer service.
• The ability to execute and communicate the retail plan set by the senior management team.
• Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to plan and execute a successful business plan.
• Thrive on running their store by leading with enthusiasm and passion for your business, its people and its customers
