QUALIFIKATIONEN:

• Erfahrung in einer leitenden oder supervisorischen Rolle, idealerweise im Reinigungs- oder Facility-Management-Bereich.
• Grundkenntnisse der Reinigungsprozesse, -techniken und Hygienestandards.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) für die effektive Kommunikation mit Teammitgliedern und der Geschäftsleitung.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning processes, techniques, and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in German language (written and spoken) for effective communication with team members and management.

• Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a cleaning team effectively, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to plan work schedules, manage time efficiently, and optimize workflows.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for cleanliness and order, ensuring all areas meet high standards.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of addressing issues that arise during shifts, from personnel management to supply shortages.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to relay information clearly and effectively to team members and upper management.
• Reliability: Strong sense of responsibility and consistency in managing tasks and leading a team.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work across different shifts and adapt to changing work demands.
• Resource Management: Ability to manage and order cleaning supplies responsibly, ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Auffüllung von Hygieneprodukten
• Reinigung von Sanitäranlagen
