Qualifications And Skills:

QUALIFIKATIONEN:

• Erfahrung in einer leitenden oder supervisorischen Rolle, idealerweise im Reinigungs- oder Facility-Management-Bereich.
• Grundkenntnisse der Reinigungsprozesse, -techniken und Hygienestandards.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) für die effektive Kommunikation mit Teammitgliedern und der Geschäftsleitung.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning processes, techniques, and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in German language (written and spoken) for effective communication with team members and management.
