JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS

The Supervisor Central Sterile demonstrates knowledge of surgical instruments and principals of sterile technique. TheSupervisor Central Sterile anticipates the needs of the surgical suite within the scope of the position’s competencies with the use of critical thinking. The Supervisor Central Sterile adheres to hospital policies and procedure, is supervised by the Registered Nurse, and collaborates with the surgical team to improve customer satisfaction. The Supervisor Central Sterile is a supportive role and will be implemented, as the needs of the department require.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:

• Vocational School Graduate
• 1 Year Experience Required
