You will be accountable for the leadership in delivering superior client service, employee engagement, meeting claims handling guidelines, controlling expenses, resource planning and people management. You will be responsible for staffing levels, human resource management, productivity, processes, and communication.   HOW YOU WILL CREATE IMPACT:  * Leading and cultivating an inspired working environment that encourages Mastery, Autonomy, Purpose, and Resiliency for a diverse team * Create coaching and development plans by providing coaching, counselling, development of their staff utilizing situational leadership and the coaching continuum * Supporting the Claims Learning Coach with providing and contributing to exceptional client service in accordance with claims service and quality standards * Manage workflows, productivity, standards, and processes for the claim’s team, ensuring adherence to claims practices procedures and operational budget. * Work collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders in the implementation of business objectives/processes which enhance client engagement, support profitability, and enrich staff engagement. * Liaison and share information with management team, portfolio team and other business partners in providing feedback and input on procedures, processes and projects where required. * Review for coaching quality and consistency through observation, mentoring, and providing feedback.  * Translate business goals into coaching priorities and support change initiatives and new program rollouts * Having Financial Authority Limit up to $1,000,000 TO JOIN OUR TEAM:   * 7 years of experience in insurance or related business experience * Demonstrated successful experience in coaching, developing & leading others with a positive focus on teamwork and professionalism, and exhibits a high degree of autonomy & resiliency * Knowledge of auto and property claims * Demonstrated successful experience in coaching, developing & leading others with a positive focus on teamwork and professionalism, and exhibits a high degree of autonomy & resiliency * knowledge of auto and property claims, along with demonstrated success in coaching and leading teams while fostering teamwork, professionalism, autonomy, and resiliency. Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
