DESCRIPTION

Under the general direction of the Patient Care Delivery Director, supervises and coordinates the patient care support staff. Develops and implements quality improvement programs; ensures efficient allocation and use of resources.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited LVN school of nursing.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years of Current medical office experience with references.
• 2 years of Nursing staff supervisory experience in a patient care delivery setting.
