Type of Opportunity: Full time Job Exempt: Yes Job is based: Presbyterian Espanola Hospital Work Shift: Days (United States of America) Responsibilities: Presbyterian is seeking a Clinical Support Supervisor to lead daily clinical operations, support high‑quality patient care, and strengthen team performance within a fast‑paced healthcare environment; this key leadership role supervises clinical staff, manages schedules, evaluates performance, and ensures full compliance with departmental policies, quality assurance standards, safety protocols, and infection‑control regulations; responsibilities include maintaining CQI records, coordinating clinical workflows, adjusting staffing to meet patient volume, conducting daily compliance inspections, resolving patient‑care process issues, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment functionality, assisting providers when clinically trained, tracking and reporting clinical metrics, participating in hiring and onboarding, collaborating across departments for integrated care, ensuring staff complete required training, and performing additional duties essential to delivering exceptional, patient‑centered service within a respected healthcare organization. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.) Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three years working in healthcare setting required. Minimum of three to five years of experience in a supervisory position (health-related environment or other relevant setting) preferred. Clinical training (MA, EMT, CNA, etc.) preferred. BLS (AHA, Red Cross or ASHI) required at time of hire.
