• $109,433 - $116,784 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 6) + Superannuation

YOUR NEW ROLE

Do you have experience in project management and have a desire to take the next step in your career? Community Assets and Facilities is currently recruiting for an exciting position which will supervise and oversee the delivery of Community Services minor projects including the supervision of staff and contractors.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all Projects from feasibility, design through to construction, completion and project close out are completed within budget and prescribed timeframes and with the achievement of project outcomes.
You will undertake the role of the Supervisor Community Projects for projects overseen by the Community Projects team, to ensure projects are delivered successfully within established timelines and budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for project tender evaluation and contract administration. Your interpersonal skills will ensure you are able to communicate with stakeholders and negotiate as necessary.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
