MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a Business Management or Industrial Engineering related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years’ experience utilizing strong analytical skills including statistical methods, financial analysis, or engineering modeling and analysis.
  3. Must possess the ability to facilitate and motivate groups at all levels within the organization to achieve a specific outcome.
  4. Must be a team player and have ability to work independently and in groups.
  5. Must be technically oriented individual held in high regard by peers.
  6. Certification in Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma, or equivalent training and career development in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred.
  7. Must actively be involved in organizational change and development process.
  8. May have formal training and education in any of a number of disciplines and need not be a formally trained statistician or engineer.
  9. Must understand one or more operating systems and be proficient in creating spreadsheets, use of databases, creating slide show presentations and use of one or more word processing programs.
