Location: Yeovil
Hourly Rate: £13.50
Contract: 24 hours per week
(Some flexibility around contracted hours for the right person)
Additional hours may be available during holidays and busier periods.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re opening a brand-new convenience store in Yeovil, built on values that matter; community, local pride, and high-quality service. We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Store Supervisor to help guide our team and make our new store something truly special.
The store will offer a thoughtfully chosen range of local produce, everyday essentials, and premium goods. We’ll also be actively involved in local events, charity fundraising, and supporting community projects.
This is a hands-on role with lots of variety and the chance to make a real impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Open and close the store with confidence
• Manage stock levels, deliveries, and standards
• Deliver hands-on, customer-facing service
• Assist with training and store setup before opening
