JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to help lead our team at one of our lovely country venues. We are looking for a proactive, passionate and charismatic individual to bring their spark into our team.

• Leading staff: Overseeing the work of other team members and ensuring smooth service
• Maintaining inventory: Ensuring the bar has the necessary supplies
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere: Ensuring customers have a positive experience
• Achieving profitability: Working to meet budget goals
• Helping the team improve their service and skills
• Working closely with management
• Having excellent communication and leadership skills
• Having a strong work ethic
• Being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

EXPERIENCE

• Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Experience in Bartending
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Extensive culinary and food safety knowledge
• Excellent communication skills for effective staff interaction
• Background in food preparation and cooking
• Experience in food production and kitchen operations
• Ability to maintain high standards of service and hospitality
  Hours: 25-40 hours per week
  Starte Date: Between 8-15 September
