We are seeking a detailed-orient Landscape Crew Leader to join In Bloom Landscaping. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance, great customer service, and possess strong leadership skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 - 5 years experience.
• Previous work references
• Must be able to operate Toro Tractors and be familiar Stihl Trimmers.
• Proven experience in landscaping, garden maintenance.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage a team.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of plant care, soil types, and gardening techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various outdoor projects
• Oversee the installation of landscape features such as plants and trees
• Perform lawn maintenance, garden bed maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and mulching
• Operate lawn cutting tractors
• Use Trimmers, hedge clippers and blowers
• Train new crew members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures
