Here is what you need to know about the job: The Custom Brokerage Supervisor plays a key role in coordinating the clearance and delivery of international freight shipments. This role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and supports efficient end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in freight documentation, strong organisational skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily receiving and shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods. Supervise freight flow processes, maintaining communication with suppliers, buyers, shipping lines, agents, and vendors. Address customer inquiries and delivery concerns professionally and promptly. Deliver exceptional service to clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate freight handling by ensuring loading/unloading equipment is prepped and ready before shifts. Ensure all shipments are sorted and tagged accurately based on delivery orders and customs requirements. Complete all freight and customs paperwork accurately, maintaining clean and organized records. Investigate and resolve issues such as misdirected shipments and seal discrepancies swiftly. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Service, Operations, Compliance) to support smooth customs clearance. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in customs brokerage, not limited experience in import/export operations, shipping documentation within a freight forwarding or logistics company. Holds valid PPJK license (mandatory) – certified and authorized to submit customs declarations on behalf of the company.
