Role Purpose: Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for customer service? We’re seeking a Supervisor for our Customer Service Ambassadors (CSA) team to oversee daily operations and promote the SkyBus service as the preferred transport option over taxis and Ubers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the CSA team, ensuring quick support and transportation information for customers.
  • Allocate resources and manage headcount to meet business operations and contractual performance measures.
  • Collaborate with the health and wellbeing team to address long-term absences and support return-to-work processes.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of new CSA team members.
  • Drive customer service excellence while actively promoting ticket sales and the benefits of using SkyBus.
  • Engage with staff to create a motivated workforce, implementing initiatives to enhance morale and performance.
  • Investigate incidents and collaborate with the customer feedback team to resolve complaints and prevent reoccurrence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, reporting and investigating any issues in CSA operations.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders, including Melbourne Airport and regulatory authorities, to enhance service offerings.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
