Responsibilities
  • Functional management of a customer service team
  • Steer training and organize feedback sessions with employees
  • Responsibility for personnel planning, personal control and for ensuring an efficient and flexible organization
  • Analyze the operational level of the customer service and initiate and formulate improvements
  • Ensuring smooth operational processes in customer service, as well as customer satisfaction and the “Passion for Service” mission statement
  • Setup of a cross-functional cooperation with sales and operations in order to improve the operational efforts
  • First contact person for external customers, customer service organizations in the group and for internal interfaces
  • Safeguard and guide cost efficiency on all level
