Job Description
McDonald’s, one of the most recognized brands in the world, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Cyber Security Compliance team as a supervisor. This role emphasizes coding expertise and analytical problem-solving, providing critical support for the design, development, and maintenance of systems and tools that enhance our risk management processes. Experience in the “Big 4” consulting firms is highly valued as it demonstrates a solid understanding of operational excellence and collaborative teamwork. Prior compliance or audit experience is not required. The role will automate manual compliance processes.

This position will work with the Global Technology teams to improve the regulatory and controls environment though education, identification and implementation of control improvements. This includes recommending control design and operating effectiveness improvements. The position will include working with internal and external auditors.
