This individual acts as a team lead overseeing all clerical, support, analysis, and research tasks, and reviews reports compiled for Management. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the team, including attendance/vacation scheduling, task prioritization, training, coaching and development. Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain functions to maintain inventory accuracy by proactively communicating inventory accuracy issues and provide suggested solutions. Model and promote the Corporation’s Code of Business Ethics and Values. Act as a team role model and change-agent, positively leading and influencing team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals. Ensure compliance with all safety and corporate policies and procedures. Prepare and present reports on cycle count performance, inventory accuracy metrics, and findings to management. Ensure department satisfies all Internal, External and Sarbanes Oxley audit requirements. Act as primary escalation point for analysts regarding inventory discrepancies, process issues and complex analysis needs. Maintain documentation of all cycle count processes, policies and audit results. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, both within the cycle count process and overall inventory management, to minimize inventory discrepancies and maximize operational efficiency. Actively participate in training to expand technical skills and improve services provided. Provide technical guidance to employees and colleagues when needed. Complete ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred. 5+ years Supply Chain, Materials Management, Logistics or related experience. Supervisory or Lead experience preferred. Proficient understanding of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of Supply Chain, Materials and Logistics, along with all related focus areas. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills. Oracle inventory experience required Good project management and business partnering skills. Effective supervisory skills. Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations.
