ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

At Visy Board NZ, we’re proud to produce innovative, sustainable packaging solutions. We’re now seeking a Supervisor – Day Shift to lead and develop teams at our Hamilton site. This role requires previous experience in printing or a print-related background to help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
You will lead a dedicated production team, driving safety, efficiency, and quality while supporting ongoing improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you’ll be hands-on in building capability, managing performance, and ensuring our people are set up for success.

• Lead by example to embed and maintain a strong safety-first culture.
• Manage and develop teams to achieve production, quality, and DIFOT targets.
• Conduct training, development, and performance management for team members.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to lift productivity and reduce waste.
• Partner with other departments to resolve issues and deliver customer requirements.
