Join our team, to work, lead and win #LikeABosch Job Description Main Objective: Ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets through effective resource management, along with the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of standards within assigned areas of responsibility What challenges will you have? Guarantee proper identification, routing, and resolution of process and standard deviations through responsible departments. Facilitate the communication of all business-relevant information, cascading it down to subordinate levels and escalating it appropriately to higher levels Secure availability of necessary resources to meet production schedules and output targets. Manage and optimize operational costs within assigned responsibility areas. Ensure understanding and implementation of production and manufacturing standards Lead, motivate, and recognize team members while ensuring their training and professional development in compliance with RIT and CCT requirements. Qualifications Who are we looking for?
