 Prestar atendimento a clientes, fornecendo conselho confiável e excelente serviço aos clientes das lojas. demonstrando amplo conhecimento dos produtos, e experiência com reparação automotiva e testes, prestando assessoria técnica quando necessário, com uma atitude de serviço que exceda as expectativas dos clientes. Além de realizar a venda, auxilia no controle de exposição de produtos, assegurando a manutenção da aparência e limpeza da loja. Apoiar no controle dos caixas, e dar suporte aos demais AutoZoners, inclusive ficando responsável pela loja na ausência do gerente.
