We are now seeking a Supervisor : Mine Services & Water Management to join our Projects and Infrastructure team at our Tropicana Gold Mine. Accountable to the P & I Superintendent.   This role is based at our Tropicana Gold Mine on an 8 days on/6 days off FIFO roster, where we operate direct flights to our sites from Perth and/or Kalgoorlie.   Role Purpose:   The Supervisor is accountable for site water management and maintenance activities to mining infrastructure and to provide supervision and coordination of service contractors and personnel on behalf of the P&I Department     Accountabilities: Develop a long-term strategy to provide TGM with Water Services for the Life of Mine Supervise the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the dewatering system to ensure effective groundwater control in line with mine planning and operational targets. Coordinate the performance of dewatering infrastructure, including pumps, pipelines, sumps, to maintain safe and dry working conditions. Oversee the operation and performance of production and recovery bores to ensure reliable and efficient water supply to meet operational demand. Ensure the effective operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant to meet water quality and production targets. Manage and oversee the performance of the Waste Water Treatment Plant to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and discharge standards. Assisting with planning of tasks and scoping projects Liaising with personnel on safety, performance and technical issues Accountable for meeting department KPI’s through the timely execution of daily, weekly and monthly work plans and schedules Implementation of the work management system for the execution phase, effectiveness of work packages for the department and recommend improvements. Assist with establishment and management of yearly budget requirements for Mine Services and Water Management across site. Ensuring team compliance with all company, legislative and statutory regulations in regards to safety and the environment Maintain conctructive relationships with all other key departments – including trades, contractors and management   About You People are at the heart of everything we do.
