We are committed to building a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus—where everyone contributes to making Ezee Fiber the easiest and most trusted fiber provider in the industry.    JOB SUMMARY  Ezee Fiber is seeking a charismatic and enthusiastic Direct Sales Supervisor with a goal-driven mentality and passion for building winning sales cultures to join our team to support our Salem/Vancouver market. The primary role of the Direct Sales Supervisor is to supervise the daily operations of their assigned sales team that sells to our residential customers, offering best-in-class services and soliciting new prospective customers. Our perfect candidate will guide their sales team to success and meet and exceed assigned sales goals. They possess the knowledge and expertise to lead, motivate, guide, coach, and develop a sales team while upholding the company’s strategies, policies, and procedures. Work will consist of approximately 60% fieldwork and 40% office work.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals. • Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable. • Coach and follow Ezee Fiber’s sales process to assist with closing sales. • Perform daily check-ins, conduct sales huddles/training, and attend meetings. • Recruit, interview, hire, and train Community Relations Managers. • Identify training gaps and develop plans with the Direct Sales Manager and Training Coordinator. • Communicate territory assignments and follow turf management best practices. • Monitor payroll and ensure timely approval of commission payments.   QUALIFICATIONS  Education & Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in direct sales, door-to-door (D2D) sales, or field sales, preferably within telecommunications, cable, wireless, or related industries. 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing sales representatives or field sales teams. • Direct/outside sales experience in the telecommunications, pest control, or solar industries preferred. • Leadership experience preferred. • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (MVR). • History of achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Capacity to work autonomously and maintain self-driven motivation. • Proficiency in organization and adeptness in troubleshooting are crucial. • Effective time management and prioritization skills are essential.   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervise one or more employees.
