In this role, you will collaborate closely with fellow Supervisors and report directly to the Senior Manager of Distribution Operations.  What You'll Do Key Responsibilities   Operations Management  Ensure the continuation of operations and that communicated performance targets are accomplished  Achieve order and quality targets, advancing when targets are not met Maintain adherence to targets such as operational efficiency, accuracy, OTIF & cycle time   Lead all aspects of workload management and advance issues to the planning team when needed Overview staff planning and discuss performance and staffing with other operational leaders People leadership and Team Development  Develop the team to work efficiently, safely, and to complete tasks within given deadlines Keep the team engaged also during periods that requires peak performance Prepare monthly reviews of employees, conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback Perform employee administration tasks, including leading holiday and hour registration, and raise any exceptions Handle absenteeism Maintain close contact with Team Leads who collaborated closely with DC associates   Continuous improvement & Lean Thinking Actively work on OGSM projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehouse Find opportunities to improve efficiency, safety and costs savings. Apply Continuous Improvement methodologies—including Lean, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), PDCA, and Agile—to find opportunities and translate them into successfully implemented projects.   Stakeholder management Actively collaborate with other department within the DC and Crocs Supply Chain Actively communicate relevant information to the team Provide updates and feedback to the manager of warehouse operations What You'll Bring to the Table What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a comparable field 3-5 years experience in a similar role within a (semi) automated warehouse Good written and oral English language skills; Dutch language skills are preferable Experience with CI, Lean or Agile is preferable Why ApplyAt Crocs, we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth.
