Duty manager/Supervisor Role:

• Ability to lead and motivate the team to ensure that the customer experience is above expectations
• Thrive in a fast paced environment and can work independantly to get the job done.
• Experience in a customer service role
• Experience in a retail environment
• Enjoy working with people
• Excellent presentation
• Flexibility to work around a 7 day/night roster. Most shifts are evenings and weekends.
