As the Supervisor/Duty Manager at Vermilion, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Located in the heart of our luxurious venue, you will lead the service team to ensure that every guest receives premium silver service hospitality while enjoying our exquisite menu offerings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff alike.
  • Passion for hospitality and strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
  • Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Handle guest questions and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in accordance with food safety standards.
