What you will do Responsible for EHS management of the energy & utility mechanical team, committed to achieving the zero accident target Plan and execute weekly, monthly, and yearly mechanical maintenance in the energy & utility area to ensure stable operation Monitor the daily maintenance team’s performance in safety, quality, and cost Manage the procurement, quality control, and follow-up of spare parts and external services Lead boiler overhaul mechanical tasks, pressure part maintenance, piping and pressure vessel maintenance, and high-pressure welding activities Drive continuous improvement in maintenance cost efficiency and external service performance Develop and monitor team performance KPIs, conduct key competency building, and provide member training Serve as the key technical expert for boiler pressure parts and metal material and welding issues, and perform other tasks assigned by the E&U Manager Who you are You have Bachelor degree or above in power, material or mechanical engineering You have 5 years working experience in power plant, advanced understanding of boiler and power industry You have good computer skills with SAP, MS-package You have CET 4 or above certificate This is what we offer for you.
