Previous experience managing a large team of 20-35 people Previous experience in production management or coordination of production processes or managing a large team of warehouse operators Strong leadership and team motivation skills Problem-solving abilities and good decision-making skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills English and Russian proficiency at a conversational level is mandatory, Estonian langage would be a bonus Higher education or experience more than 3 years in a production, or related area is preferred The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
