We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure excellent customer service and service quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in beauty/wellness
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to provide guidance while fostering a positive work environment
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new industry trends

• Supervise and guide beauticians in delivering professional beauty services
• Oversee daily shop operations, including staff scheduling and workflow management
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with company standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor product inventory and support stock management
• Train, motivate, and support staff to maintain high service standards
