Specialising in both insurance and non-insurance building and restoration repairs along the Eastern Seaboard of Australia, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Estimator/ Supervisors to support the Brisbane Queensland region.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in the insurance industry (essential), including engaging tradespeople, scheduling workflows, and managing multiple projects
  • A trade qualification (preferred) or insurance industry knowledge
  • Experience as an Insurance Supervisor who is comfortable working on site and ready to take the next step in their career
  • Proven experience in estimating, scoping works, and generating reports
  • Strong time management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively at once is necessary.
  • A valid Driver’s License and a White Card.
Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct site assessments and prepare accurate estimates, providing detailed reports and quotes.
  • Manage the procurement of materials, allocate trades, and coordinate workflows to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work with internal stakeholders on the management and allocation of works.
  • Perform regular site inspections to ensure high-quality work and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns to ensure high quality works are completed.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure success of business.
  • Enforce health and safety standards on job sites, ensuring all team members follow safety protocols.
