JOB TITLE Supervisor - FMCG | MAF Retail | Supermarket (Express) Bahrain ROLE SUMMARY The Supervisor - FMCG is responsible for assisting the Section Manager in the day-to-day activities of the store. The role holder is also responsible for being the communication link between the management and the stores staff. ROLE PROFILE Implement the correct application of merchandise plan/layouts Implement the commercial policy agreed for the store pricing and Prepare reports on stock Oversee the products assortment in the section Identify slow moving items and stock depreciation in order to help push their sales before expiry, if applicable Maintain the goods in the designated areas and keep them in good condition Assist the team in delivering, enhancing and answering to all customer needs when required and promote sales Follow the set guidelines while supervising the display of new products Maintain the necessary signage and ensure sufficient display of goods, accurate labelling of items and pricing REQUIREMENTS Bachelor Degree in Management or related field A minimum of 3 years in a similar function in retail industry Experience in FMCG or Heavy Household is a must Inventory and merchandise integrity and availability WHAT WE OFFER At Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
