JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for supervising all Food and Beverage operations at the Margaritaville Island Hotel, located in Pigeon Forge, TN. The F&B Supervisor will assist the F&B manager in both the restaurant, Fins Bar and Chill, as well as the rooftop bar, the Chill Bar. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer and employee satisfaction, and guest engagement.

Requirements

• One or more years of restaurant experience preferred
• Must always maintain a professional appearance
• ABC license required
• Be able to pass a background check
• Flexible schedule: days, nights, weekends and holiday

• Oversee operations for both Fins Bar and Chill and the Chill Bar
• Manage Chill Bar’s greeter, bartender, wait staff, and oversee guest satisfaction in cabanas
• Welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner
• Maintain dining room, Chill Bar and Fins Bar and Chill areas according to health department standards
• Provide ongoing training to all employees.
• Assist staff as needed and fill shifts if necessary

• Responsible for upholding the standard operating procedures as set by Margaritaville Corporate to maintain consistency and brand management

  Job Type: Full Time Hourly Pay: $20.00
