LANGER’S TEAM SUPERVISORS - FOOD AND BEVERAGE (FRONT OF HOUSE)

Langer’s is looking for team supervisors who are outgoing, friendly, and dedicated to providing great customer and team member experiences. Supervisors are responsible for overseeing daily operations while helping to train team members in various roles in the Food & Beverage Department. Our goal at Langer’s is to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests and a great place to work for our team.
This is not a kitchen position, as you will be supervising front of house team members and working directly with Langer’s guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Supervisors must be 18 or older.

Previous experience working in a family entertainment center or similar environment is preferred but not required. We will provide the necessary training to make sure you have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful in the job. All Supervisors complete a variety of comprehensive training programs at Langer’s.

  • OLCC and Food Handler Permits required
  • We expect our Supervisors to communicate effectively with all team members and guests
  • Demonstrated experience in a lead or previous supervisory role is preferred

Responsibilities

As a member of our Supervisor team, you will be performing the following duties:

  • Monitors team member performance to ensure that guest experience standards are consistently being met
  • Assist in completing training checklists for team members across all food and beverage team positions.
  • Coaches, councils, and motivates team members to ensure peak performance and positive guest experience.
  • Performs walk through of the facility many times per day to ensure that all guest experience, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Identifies and addresses undesirable or unsafe behavior of guests or team members in prompt and professional manner.
  • Promptly addresses guest complaints while documenting and informing upper management of larger issues without an immediate fix.
  • Fill in for various business functions in the food and beverage areas as needed.
  • Manage breaks and meal periods daily for scheduled team members
