Description

Objetivo: Organizar y coordinar la ejecución de los programas de producción, asegurando el control técnico, ambiental y humano de la operación. Su objetivo principal será optimizar la capacidad productiva y garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos del sistema integrado de gestión de la compañía. Requisitos: Formación académica: Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Producción, Ingeniería de Materiales, Ingeniería Mecánica. Experiencia: Mínima entre 1 a 2 años en roles de liderazgo en áreas de producción, áreas de acabado y decorado, ensamble de producto. Conocimientos específicos: Manejo de paquete Ofimático, Balance en líneas de producción, estándares, métodos y tiempos, six sigma y lean manufacturing, métodos para soluciones rápidas a problemas complejos. Habilidades: Liderazgo y manejo de personal, trabajo en equipo, toma de decisiones Responsabilidades principales Cumplir con el programa de producción y asegurar la continuidad de los procesos. Garantizar la calidad del producto mediante el cumplimiento del Plan de Control. Administrar inventarios y confrontar datos con el sistema. Identificar necesidades de capacitación del equipo a cargo. Supervisar el mantenimiento de equipos y asegurar su correcto funcionamiento. Promover la mejora continua, reducción de costos y minimización de riesgos. Administrar el recurso humano fomentando la motivación y el compromiso. Aplicar los requisitos de los sistemas de calidad, gestión ambiental y seguridad. Realizar reuniones mensuales con grupos primarios y evaluaciones anuales de desempeño. Entre otras.
