• Bachelors Degree required

EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years Shown People Manager experience; developing, mentoring direct reports!
• 3+ years laboratory experience or OLIGO manufacturing experience
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives - change advocate
• Leading productivity, materials cost, and labor cost
• Working with Cross Functional teams; Supporting labs within value stream
• Experience with Root cause analysis & problem solving.
