Job Title: Supervisor
Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations in the restaurant.
- Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in the planning and execution of events or functions
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, whilst keeping management updated with updates and important information.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, including a high level of initiative/proactivity
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel or catering industry is a plus
