Other responsibilities include production paperwork verification; production floor checks; performing GMP and housekeeping audits; responsible for Team Member food safety training. Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities evaluating results coordinating with others. This position is responsible for food safety food quality and legality. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 2 plus years in a food manufacturing environment and production preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred. HACCP certified preferred; must have broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, SSOPs and prerequisite programs. BRC audit knowledge preferred Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for creating simple queries spreadsheets etc. SAP knowledge preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills verbal and written; bilingual a plus. Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising a small group of personnel who perform somewhat similar tasks. Highly recommended to include a resume in a PDF or Word Document format.
