For the Edmundston Pulp Mill, we are currently seeking a: Supervisor Production (Fuel Yard) Challenges: * Promote and ensure a safe work environment with employee's participation * Plan, prioritize, coordinate, supervise, and review the activities in assigned areas * Fuel Yard / Chipping / Ground Wood * Control operational activities while respecting environmental targets * Ensures that unloading of Biomass and Chips are done in a safe and efficient manor * Coordinate and organize priorities effectively * Continually assess operational parameters with target KPI intervals. * Work with operation employees to optimize costs, maintain desired quality. * Ensure operation stability * Training and development of team members Profile: * Committed to top performance in a safe work environment * Demonstrated ability to lead a team * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Able to organize and prioritize * Autonomy and teamwork orientation * Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations and a good ability to work under pressures. Requirements: * Degree / Trade: Preferably in technical, mechanical, or forestry related discipline * 5 years plus of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing environment * Any other combination of training and relevant experience may be considered * Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)

Responsibilities

The supervisor will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, coordinating, supervising, and reviewing activities in assigned areas, including the Fuel Yard, Chipping, and Ground Wood operations. Key duties involve ensuring a safe work environment, controlling operational activities while meeting environmental targets, and overseeing the safe and efficient unloading of Biomass and Chips.
